Faction/City Application Form

We will only have 4 factions at a time. (This rule is HIGHLY subject to change)

To make one we must have less than four factions, you may submit a faction request even when we have four, but it won't be accepted until one falls or resigns. We don't have a set in stone application but make sure you add a bit of information.
